Two weeks of intense development work are under way in Antalya, Turkey, where players from 11 Tier 1 nations* have gathered for the 14 & Under ITF/Tennis Europe Development Championships.
The event features two Category 2 international Junior Tour events held back to back for players from emerging tennis nations, whose expenses are covered by ITF and Tennis Europe.
Also on the schedule is a special 12 & Under Training Camp for players and coaches, plus a session of the Tennis Europe Junior School.
The events are taking place at the Hotel Megasary in Antalya, and are hosted by the Turkish Tennis Federation for an eleventh consecutive year.
Professional players including Victoria Azarenka, Simona Halep, Jelena Ostapenko, Grigor Dimitrov and Marcos Baghdatis all gained an early taste of life at an international tennis tournament thanks to their invitations to the event.
