2028 Tennis Europe Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Tennis Europe’s flagship annual gathering, the AGM brings together representatives of our Member Nations to debate and shape the future of European tennis, address key strategic matters and strengthen cooperation across the tennis community.

Hosting the AGM offers a unique opportunity for National Associations to:

  • Showcase your National Association and country to key decision-makers in European tennis.
  • Welcome representatives from across Europe, including Presidents and General Secretaries of Member Nations, as well as representatives of other organisations affiliated with Tennis Europe, strengthening partnerships and collaboration.
  • Promote your facilities, culture and hospitality, creating a memorable experience for the international tennis community.
  • Strengthen local partnerships and support the economy, working with tourism authorities, hotels and local venues to accommodate participants and potentially encourage them to extend their stay.

As 2028 is an election year, the AGM will also be an important occasion in the governance of European tennis, adding further significance to this event.

Application Form | Deadline: 20th January, 2027.

Further information on the hosting requirements and logistical arrangements can be found in the AGM Operations Manual, available on request from agm@tenniseurope.org.
