An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the European Tennis Federation will be held on Saturday 3rd July.
Pursuant to Article 11 b) and 11 c) (ii) of the Tennis Europe Constitution, a sufficient number of Member Nations have used their right to request an EGM, the dates and procedures for which have subsequently been ratified by the Board of Management.
The agenda will include one item proposing a recall of the Board of Management and President, and a second item proposing a recall of the President only. Depending on the outcome of the vote, Presidential and/or Board elections may be held at the 2021 Tennis Europe Annual General Meeting in Luxembourg.
