Guide for Players
Once you have an IPIN and a Tennis Europe Account, you are eligible to join thousands of other junior players participating in the Tennis Europe Junior Tour. Follow the steps below, where you will find everything you need to know to prepare yourself to play on the Tour!

1. REGISTERING FOR YOUR IPIN
All players must have a valid IPIN (International Player Identification Number), issued by ITF to enter and play on the Tennis Europe Junior Tour. It is important that you sign-up and pay for your IPIN well in advance of the Entry Deadline to be sure to have it in time.
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. Each player should have only ONE IPIN.
Click here to visit the ITF website and sign up for your IPIN. Follow the instructions on the site. You will need to give your name, date of birth, email address and some other data, and then identify yourself among the names that appear on screen.
Once done, you will receive an email containing a link that activates your IPIN account. Thereafter you select your password and pay the annual fee for IPIN membership, which for juniors is US$ 40.
If you would like to renew your existing IPIN membership for 2021, you must login to your IPIN account on the ITF website here, go to 'My Profile', followed by 'Circuits' and select the option 'Renew Membership'.
2. TENNIS EUROPE ACCOUNT
In addition to the IPIN, you need to register for a Tennis Europe Account here: /member/createaccount.aspx.
Follow the instructions on the screen. You need to create your user name and password. This can be the same or different from the one you selected for your IPIN if you wish. When all is filled in click 'submit'. You can now enter tournaments on the Tennis Europe Junior Tour.
You can click your name in the top right corner of the Tennis Europe site at any time to open your profile. There you can reassign tournament priorities until the Entry Deadline.

All entries must be made:
- online at www.tenniseurope.org (preferred method),
- by email, attaching and sending the above Entry Form to email@example.com.
If you need to withdraw from a tournament you do so online from your Tennis Europe account.
You can use the online withdrawal at any time until the 'Sign in Deadline', but if you withdraw after the Withdrawal deadline and have been accepted to a Main Draw or Qualifying Acceptance list, you will have a late withdrawal penalty.
Login to your Tennis Europe account, go to the Online Entry tab and find the tournament you wish to withdraw from. Clicking the 'Withdraw' button will take you to a confirmation box, and once you click OK in that box you will be withdrawn from that event. Withdrawals can be viewed by changing the "filter by:" box to Withdrawals.
If you cannot withdraw online, you can do so by email, filling in the Withdrawal Form, making sure to include both your IPIN and Tennis Europe Account name, and sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
