European Senior Club Championships

Past Results Roll of Honour

Since its inception in 1983, the European Senior Club Championships have become an immensely popular event, played in late summer and offering a rare opportunity for the continent's best amateur players to compete in an international team competition. The event is open to Senior league club teams (National Champions in their countries) and also runner-ups of the previous year. From 2022, ITF World Tennis Masters Tour ranking points will be awarded for performances at the Championships (see 'Rules & Regulations').

Competition format

Men: 3 singles & 2 doubles matches
Women: 2 singles & 1 doubles match

Priority is given to the winners and runners-up of national league competitions, but other clubs can also enter, subject to eligibility.

Matches will be played on the clay courts of the Megasaray Tennis Academy, home to many ITF World Tennis Tour, ITF Junior, Tennis Europe and ATP Challenger events.

The 121,000m2 luxury beachside resort also contains a spa, aquapark, beach access, multisport facilities and world class restaurants and bars, making it an ideal location for an extended tennis break.

This year, the event is awarded with ITF World Tennis Masters Tour ranking points for the first time, providing an added incentive for players. All participants must have an IPIN.

The popular event returns to the calendar for the first time since 2019, following two years of pandemic-enforced cancellations, and demand is expected to be high.
