Tennis Europe Junior Tour action is this week highlighted by the 59th edition of the Torneo Avvenire at TC Ambrosiano in Milan, Italy.
Now a Super Category 14 & Under event, the tournament is one of the oldest and most prestigious junior tennis competitions in Europe.
World #1s such as Novak Djokovic, Maria Sharapova and Martina Hingis feature among the former champions. This year, the event once again boasts a tough international draw: 10 of the Tennis Europe Junior Tour’s Top 20 girls, led by current #1 Eva Maria Bulai (ROU), and 12 of the Top 20 boys will be in action.
