Three Tennis Europe Junior School classes were held simultaneously on Sunday, as the School called in on the most prestigious event on Europe’s junior tennis calendar: the European Championships.
Well over 300 players took part in the classes, which took place in Most, Czech Republic (14 & Under), Moscow, Russia (16 & Under) and Klosters, Switzerland (18 & Under).
The School has been designed by Tennis Europe to help prepare young athletes for life as professional tennis players. The classes inform players on a wide variety of topics that affect them, including:
- Agents and Sponsorship
- Tennis Integrity
- The Tennis Family
Yesterday’s classes were the penultimate events of 2019, following sessions in Tarbes (FRA), Stockholm (SWE), Milan (ITA) and Antalya (TUR). Tennis Europe is currently working on new content for an extended curriculum in 2020.
