Junior Masters line-up revealed

A strong line-up has been unveiled for the season-ending Tennis Europe Junior Masters, an elite tournament for the best-performing players on the Tennis Europe Junior Tour throughout the season.

This year’s participants come from 14 different nations. Serbia and Czech Republic lead the way with 5 qualifiers each, while Croatia stands alone with three players in the field.

Italy, the host nation, will have two representatives as will Belarus, Bulgaria, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Bosnia & Herzegovina, Lithuania and Switzerland round out the field, with one player each.

Between them, the 32 players in action have won a total of 79 singles and 71 doubles titles during the 2018 season.

The 23rd edition of the Tennis Europe Junior Masters will take place at CT Rocco Polimeni in Reggio Calabria (ITA) from 6-7 October. World #1 Rafael Nadal capped a stellar season on the 14 & Uncder circuit by winning the event in 2000, while players such as Andy Murray, Alexander Zverev, Simona Halep and Agnieszka Radwanska are amongst the former competitors.
