Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD

2011 16 & Under boys champions Great Britain

Launched in 1977, the Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD has evolved into the world's premier indoor junior team tennis competition. Traditionally played in both the 14 and 16 & Under age categories, the event is open to teams nominated by European national federations and provides an invaluable opportunity to play in team conditions during the winter months. 2013 will see the second edition of the event's new 12 & Under age category.

The event is played in two stages. During the qualifying stage (usually held during the first weekend of February), teams travel to one of four qualifying zones, each of which hosts up to eight nations. The winner and runner-up from each qualifying zone proceed to the final rounds a fortnight later.

2013 Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD

The 12 & Under qualifying rounds will be held during the weekend of 25-27 January, with the final rounds taking place from 8-10 February. The 14 and 16 & Under events will be played during the weekends of 1-3 (qualifying) and 15-17 February. Croatia and Greece's 14 & Under boys' teams will play a pre-qualifying round on 31st January in Budapest.
