Tennis Europe & SPORTS MARKETING SURVEYS INC. Renew Partnership

Tennis Europe has announced an extension of its existing partnership with sports industry research leaders SPORTS MARKETING SURVEYS INC.  

The deal, which recognises SPORTS MARKETING SURVEYS INC.  as the European Tennis Federation’s Official Research Partner for a further year throughout 2013, paves the way for continued cooperation between the two organisations with the aim of fostering greater knowledge and understanding of the European tennis industry.

Current projects include a soon to be released update of the European Tennis Report, which is due to be made available for purchase this autumn and is based upon the findings of a biannual survey of Tennis Europe’s 49 member nations. The unique report provides detailed information from the entire European marketplace, focusing on statistics and trends related to participation and tennis facilities on a country-by-country basis.

Later this year the companies will also cooperate on the second ‘Next Generation Survey’, which looks at the consumer behaviour of elite junior players from all over Europe.

Tennis Europe Chief Executive Officer Olli Mäenpää commented, “We are very pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with SPORTS MARKETING SURVEYS INC. This cooperation has enabled us to provide previously unavailable data and resources to our member nations and given us a greater understanding of consumer behaviour within the European marketplace. SPORTS MARKETING SURVEYS INC.
