22 players and coaches from 4 European nations are currently taking part in the first Tennis Europe Academy training week of 2019.
The players – aged 14/16 & Under, and from Bulgaria, Latvia, Ukraine and Turkey – were treated to a dinner with Head Coach and former ATP World #5 Jiri Novak on the opening night, before commencing an intensive week of training that will encompass tennis classes, fitness sessions and language classes.
Supported by Tennis Europe and the Czech Tennis Association, the Academy in Prostejov (CZE) will host three separate training camps for groups nominated by eligible national tennis federations in 2019, and are currently scheduled for April, June and September.
