Tennis Europe has announced that the European Seniors Club Championships will return to La Manga Club in Murcia, next September. Following on from last year's successful event, all age categories will once again compete together at the award-winning Spanish resort.
2013 looks set to be the biggest ever edition of the tournament, which continues to grow in popularity. Three new age categories will be introduced, with the event incorporating Men's 40s, and Women's 45s and 55s for the first time.
The event is open to national champion clubs (plus runners-up) from all 49 of Tennis Europe's member nations. Further information can be obtained from Tennis Europe's Seniors Coordinator, Nadja Koran.
The dates for the 2013 competition are as follows:
23-28 September: Men 35, 40, 45, 50 & Women 40, 45, 50
30 September - 5 October: Men 55, 60, 65, 70 & Women 55, 60, 65
The amended rules will be online shortly, with entry forms, fact sheets and further information to follow in due course.
