Russia will attempt to defend the titles won at the inaugural edition of the 12 & Under Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD when the 2013 competition gets underway during the weekend of 25-27 January. The 12 & Under qualifying rounds kick off four consecutive weekends of action in Europe's junior indoor team competition.
177 national teams have entered the competition across the three age categories. Czech Republic won the girls' 14 and 16 & Under competitions in 2012, while Great Britain (14 & Under) and France (16 & Under) took the boys' titles.
