2008 Soisbault/Reina Cup - 18 & Under Girls

Russia has won the Soisbault/Reina Cup for a fourth consecutive year, with a comprehensive win over unseeded Slovak Republic in the final in Granville, France.

Ksenia Pervak and Anastasia Pivovarova wasted no time in recording straight set wins over Lenka Jurikova and Klaudia Boczova respectively to settle the tie at the end of singles action, before Pervak returned to the court alongside Ksenia Lykina to complete a 3-0 win.

With the win, Russia has equalled the previous longest winning streak in the events' history, when Spain held the title from 1988-1991.

A total of 20 national teams entered the 2008 Soisbault/Reina Cup.
